Website privacy / Animal Face Industries
Your information.
In plain language.
What you share, where it goes and how to contact us about it. This notice covers browsing animalfaceindustries.com and sending an inquiry to Animal Face Industries (AFI).
Effective October 29, 2026

1 / Information you share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and an explanation of your idea. You may also provide design references, preferences, measurements and fit notes, material requests, timing, budget, links, questions and up to three reference photos. These optional details help AFI understand and respond to your request.
Please include only information and images relevant to your inquiry. The website does not collect payment details or take a deposit.
2 / Sending an inquiry
Your inquiry text and reference photos are prepared in your browser for review. Choosing “Review your inquiry” does not email the inquiry. When you choose “Send inquiry,” the reviewed details and prepared photos are sent through Cloudflare to AFI’s Outlook inbox so we can read your request, reply and discuss possible work.
Photos submitted through the form are resized for email; your original files stay unchanged. Submitting a photo does not add it to the public gallery. The form does not save submissions in a separate website database or place uploaded reference photos in public gallery storage.
If you use the email-app or copy-text option instead, you choose when to send the email and which original files to attach. Your email provider also processes that message under its own policies.
3 / Website and email services
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, serves gallery images and sends form inquiries to AFI. Requests to the site involve technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, request times and browser or connection information. This information supports delivery, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
The form’s Cloudflare Turnstile spam check loads during review. It processes network, browser and connection signals to distinguish people from bots and improve its bot-detection service. This security processing can occur before you send your inquiry. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for its services. Read its Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Microsoft Outlook receives and stores emails and attachments sent to AFI, including form inquiries and subsequent correspondence. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for information about its services.
4 / Shortlists and browser storage
The Shortlist feature saves selected public design references in this browser so you can return to them. It does not save your name, email, inquiry text or reference photos in that shortlist store. Use “Clear shortlist” or clear this site’s browser storage to remove those saved choices. Browser storage is not an AFI customer account and does not synchronize between devices.
Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Clearing browser storage does not delete an inquiry you have already emailed or submitted.
5 / Keeping information
Sent inquiries and attachments can remain in AFI’s mailbox and related business records after the website displays its confirmation. The form does not apply an automatic deletion timer to those records. Service providers may also retain technical records, backups or recoverable deleted items under their own policies.
You can contact AFI to ask about correspondence we hold or request deletion. Some records may need to be kept for ongoing work, recordkeeping or legal requirements; we can explain any limits relevant to your request.
6 / Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting an inquiry, leave optional fields blank and choose not to attach photos. You can also email AFI directly if you prefer that method.
For privacy questions, to ask for access to or correction of information you supplied, or to request deletion, email animalfaceindustries@outlook.com. Include your inquiry reference if you have one. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing records, and will consider requests under applicable law.
7 / Links and notice updates
External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This notice describes AFI’s website and inquiry process; a separate order or other service may involve additional information and terms.
Updates to this notice will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how existing inquiry information is used, AFI will provide additional notice where required.
