We’ll discuss the design, finished size and materials, including any substitutions. Those details form the starting point for a quote.
Agree before we make.
We’ll agree to the design details, price, timing and any deposit before work begins. Any later changes are discussed together.
A little clarity

Do I need a finished design or exact measurements?
No. A color combination, a shape or a rough idea is enough to start. Share any measurements you have, including units and what you measured. We’ll discuss the finished size together.
How do I include a design from the gallery?
Open its page and choose “Ask about this design” or “Ask about size or fit.” Your inquiry includes the design name, reference and link, so we can discuss the same starting point.
Can I send my own pattern or photographs?
Yes. Add reference links and upload up to three photos of your sketch or pattern in the inquiry. We’ll review the idea with you and discuss what can be made.
Will the materials match the photograph?
Tell us which colors, shapes or materials matter to you. We’ll discuss the materials for your request and any proposed substitutions before agreeing to the work.
How are price, timing and deposits decided?
They are discussed for your particular request after we review the design and scope. Any budget or preferred date in your inquiry is a starting point for that discussion. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or take a payment.
How do I send my inquiry?
Complete the contact form, add any reference photos and review your details. Select “Send inquiry” to send it directly to AFI. You’ll see a confirmation on the page. You can also email us directly.
